Before launching Confetti Velvet, I owned and operated a prominent high-volume bakery franchise in Fort Collins, where I spent years perfecting the systems required to produce beautiful desserts at scale while maintaining consistent quality and presentation. After selling the bakery three years ago, I quickly realized how much I missed creating special treats for people in our community. When requests from friends, families, and businesses continued to come in, Confetti Velvet was born.

My background allows me to understand both the significance of a single order and the precision required to execute large quantities of beautifully customized treats. Confetti Velvet combines the professional process and production expertise of a large bakery with the creativity and flexibility of a boutique bakery.
